Serving up a storm, our Lion Aces swung their way to spectacular wins last week! NIS hosted the ACAMIS Badminton Invitational Tournament. 216 athletes from 27 ACAMIS schools came together from all over China to compete in hard-hitting action.

The NIS Robotics Team travelled to Guangzhou over the weekend, fielding both a Girls and Boys team in the ACAMIS National Robotics Championships where the Girls team won the Judges Award for their robot!

NIS celebrated Earth Week with a series of engaging and informative activities designed to enhance environmental awareness and promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) among our students and inclusive learning community.

Senior Send-off is a wonderful tradition at NIS where our entire inclusive learning community celebrates the achievements of our Grade 12s and shares memories of their time with us.

Organised by our amazing PTA, International Day celebrates the cultural diversity of our inclusive learning community, involving everyone in activities that showcase our many countries’ traditions, cuisines, and fun!

Nanjing International School highlighted the importance of a love for reading during our Book Week festivities. Our school transformed to echo this year’s theme “Reading is Magic,” encouraging students to explore the wondrous worlds found within the pages of books.

Learning happens everywhere! One of the most beautiful examples of this can be seen, heard, and experienced at the NIS Music Evening. This annual event is a vibrant showcase where our Lower, Upper, and Secondary Choirs, along with the Concert Band, Rock Bands, and Solo Performers, share their talents.

Our Grade 3s explored Mingxiao Ling on Qixia Mountain, delving into nature and reflecting on their connection with the world for their Unit of Inquiry on sharing the planet.
