It was an amazing performance, complete with creative, choreographed storytelling, imaginative costumes, singing, and lots of fun and laughter. A full house of parents, students, and school staff were delighted by student written-and-directed renditions of popular children’s stories like 5 Steps to Give Your Cat a Bath, The Day the Crayons Quit, The Book with No Pictures, The Dot, and The Gingerbread Man as Grade One literacy learning was on full display.
Showcases in our Primary School are a great vehicle for student collaboration, language acquisition, confidence building, further developing communication and presentation skills, and working toward a goal. Congratulations on a show well done!
