Student Voice: Humanising Pedagogy
The JEDI Taskforce continues to lead innovative, community-wide learning at NIS — and our students are at the centre of it!
This week, our student representatives facilitated a powerful K-12 faculty workshop from the International School Anti-Discrimination Task Force (ISADTF) on Humanising Pedagogy, modelling inclusion, compassion, and courageous leadership. Their work is reshaping how we learn, teach, and connect across the school, and they continue to set a remarkable standard for what student-led impact can look like.

In 2025, Nanjing International School built meaningful momentum, strengthening student voice, deepening community partnerships, and celebrating exceptional learning across the school. With stable leadership and low teacher turnover, this was a year defined by continuity, innovation, and achievement.

With two multipurpose rooms and our Aerobic and Dance Studio for Community Activities, a fully equipped Fitness Room, and access to our swimming pools, we support the wellness of our parents and families like nowhere else.
