NIS Welcome BBQ by the Beach
What a way to say farewell to summer and hello to a brand-new school year for NIS parents and students! Our annual community BBQ is always a hit, but this year we pulled out all the stops and held it at Club Med Xianlin with a party by the beach – the scenic Daputang Reservoir, to be precise!
Over 300 members of our NIS community joined us for an afternoon of fun with a beautiful outdoor infinity pool overlooking the water, a delicious buffet, and tons of games and activities organised by our main school charity, the Pfrang Association.
More than just a great day out, the Welcome BBQ is about one of the things that makes NIS special: being an inclusive, welcoming community where everyone has the chance to connect and belong. For new families, it’s an opportunity to make friends and feel at home. For returning families, it’s a chance to reconnect and strengthen the relationships that bring our community together.
