In the Name of Science!
Investigating different body systems through inquiry, our Grade 4s made a trip to the NIS Secondary Biology Lab to learn all about how organs work. Science Teacher Ms. Sarah Boucher was on hand to guide them through a hands-on discovery with observation and reflection, helping students to gain a deeper understanding of all the processes that occur inside the body.

K2A went on a journey of inclusion and belonging through a year-long inquiry project investigating birthday cupcake distribution at school. This inquiry culminated in a visit to the Skyways central kitchen, where they baked their own tasty treats to share with school workers!
