The HUB will be a centralised space on our campus that elevates and amplifies learning, complementing our aspirations to place student voice and student choice at the centre of the things we do at NIS. It will not be a library, nor will it be an internet research facility with technicians to facilitate navigating the web...it will be a place for curation and creation, quiet study and vigorous discussion, with flexible, agile furniture that can facilitate the need at that moment in time. With access to data and information in print, digital and other media types, we look forward to this "Third Teacher" inspiring our students and connecting their learning across our campus and the world. In the meantime, please take a moment to see in the photos above how our HUB will bring together two important aspects of teaching and learning today - Library/Media and IT services.
